Transcripts are generated when tickets close and can be posted to a log channel and/or DM'd to the user. You control where transcripts go and whether they are enabled at all. Transcript data is stored as long as your server is connected.

Only messages in indexed knowledge base channels and ticket threads are stored (for AI context and transcripts). The bot does not monitor or store messages from channels you have not explicitly configured.
